Josh Beall put our own interests above his own in so many ways I was amazed. We've dealt with a lot of realtors in our lives, and he and his team are by far the best we've ever had. They know their business very well, but if there is anything they don't know, they won't try to pull the wool over your eyes. They'll go find the answer and immediately get back to you with it. They got to the bottom of every question, and they provided expert answers focussed on Heidi and me, not on themselves. They fenagled concessions that I would not have anticipated from the seller, all the while maintaining their integrity and seeking creative solutions that made all parties happy. They went so far above and beyond the norm that I almost felt guilty! You can expect an honest deal done right.
